I’m excited to invite you into a small, thoughtful learning space designed to support your growth as a clinician through deliberate practice.
Deliberate practice is a focused, experiential way of strengthening our therapeutic skills by slowing down, practicing intentionally, and receiving supportive, specific feedback. Rather than talking about the work in an abstract way, we work inside real clinical moments, tracking what happens in our bodies, our thoughts, and our relational moves as therapists. The goal is not perfection, but increased flexibility, presence, and effectiveness in the room.
In these groups, we work with deep care for both clinical rigor and your nervous system's safety. Each group is intentionally kept small (no more than six participants) to ensure enough space for attunement, reflection, and meaningful practice.
