Let’s face it: relationships can be challenging. We all have our complexities, which is why I approach couples counseling with curiosity, skill, openness, and, most importantly, patience. As a trained Couples Therapist, I draw from various modalities, including Emotionally Focused Therapy, the Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy, and the Gottman Method, to provide you and your partner(s) with a supportive and understanding environment.

My practice is deeply rooted in neurobiology, which allows me to guide you in understanding how your brains shape your connections. Together, we’ll embark on a journey that requires dedication, self-compassion, and humility. My goal is to help you cultivate the meaningful and fulfilling relationships you desire.

I am committed to creating an inclusive and safe space for all couples. Whether you are in a heterosexual or same-sex relationship, or exploring the dynamics of monogamy and consensual non-monogamy, I am here to support you. I genuinely care about your unique experiences and challenges, especially for marginalized couples who often face additional hurdles in their relationships.

 Please note that I seek to provide services that consider the economic realities of various countries. If you reside in one of the Least Developed countries listed here and are experiencing financial distress, the rate for services will be $50USD (United States of America Dollar). If you reside in the Caribbean, the rate for services will be $75.00USD or $500TTD (Trinidad and Tobago Dollar). If you reside in regions outside of those mentioned above, for example the United States of America, the current rate is $175 USD. If you live in a more developed country, but still experience financial hardship, please enquire about the sliding scale.
